How do you ajust the Tension of the 2Ché
To optimize the performance of your 2Ché blades, it’s essential to adjust the tension correctly. Begin by cleaning and lubricating the central mechanism with care to ensure smooth operation. The adjustment is made at the screw that secures the two halves of the blades together.
Achieving the right tension is crucial for maintaining the longevity and functionality of your tool. A simple technique to assess the tension is as follows: open the scissors to their maximum width, then hold one of the eyelets pointing downwards. This action will cause the blades to naturally attempt to close. If the tension is set correctly, there should be a small gap of a few centimeters between the blade edges.
If the blades close completely, this indicates that the tension is too low, resulting in ineffective cutting. Conversely, if the tension is too high, using the scissors will become challenging, potentially impacting precision and comfort.
Keep your 2Ché blades finely tuned with proper tension adjustment and enjoy seamless cutting with every use!
